How Gusto gave a staffing platform the trust of a private members' club
What we did
We built the full identity - wordmark, monogram, stationery, packaging for onboarding kits - in a navy-and-gold system restrained enough to sit next to a five-star table setting without looking out of place.
Our goals
The brand had to survive the jump from business card to interface. We designed the customer-facing app - login, booking, saved providers, scheduling - carrying the same navy-and-gold language onto a screen. Every icon, every state, every loading screen speaks the same quiet confidence as the print pieces.

A little about the brand
Dellight isn't selling waiters. It's selling certainty - that whoever shows up to pour the wine or run the pass will be exactly as good as promised.

Our approach
Staffing apps default to gig-economy energy - bright, busy, transactional. We went the other way. Deep navy, warm gold, a mark that reads more like a private crest than a logo. Dellight had to feel less like a marketplace and more like an invitation.

What we did
We built their logo and identity, designed onboarding packaging, and created an app made to feel like a private invitation, not a booking form.

Our goals
Dellight matches vetted waiters, chefs, and bartenders with clients who can't afford a bad hire - restaurants, event agencies, private yachts, high-end residences. The app had to carry that same trust: a login screen that feels like a private club, not a job board. Saved providers, scheduling, booking history - all built around one idea, that finding the right person for the night should feel as considered as the event itself.
We designed every screen to hold the same weight as the print identity - navy, gold, restraint. No gig-app clutter, no rating stars competing for attention. Just the booking, the provider, and the confidence that whoever shows up will be exactly as good as promised.
Client review
Gusto understood exactly the kind of trust we needed to build - into every screen, every card.
